Arcadia rides with the Short Bus:

Preamble:

This is an Optional Defense treaty between Arcadia and the Short Bus Republic. Both entities will remain sovereign as a result of this treaty.

Article I: Non-Aggression:

Nether signatory shall engage in any acts of aggression towards the other either in game or verbally.

Article II:

If one signatory is in need of non-military aid then they may request it from the other signatory. If the Signatory deems it a worthy cause they may provide said aid as long as this does not conflict with another treaty at the present time.

Article III:

Friendship and Intelligence: Both parties agree to be on friendly terms and agree not to troll, flame, or post any other offensive material directed at the other signatory. Both signatories also agree to share all relevant information that might affect the other.

Article IV: Optional Defense:

If one party comes under any attack they may request military assistance from the other who is encouraged to provide the aid but is in no way required to do so.

Article V: Cancellation:

This treaty may be terminated by either signatory after a cancellation period of 3 days (72 hours).
