Mutual Defense Optional Aggression Pact

Mutual Defense/Optional Aggression Pacts (MDoAP) are a type of treaty wherein the signatories of the alliances agree to defend each other from attack by other alliances. Optionally, they may support each other in wars of aggression, but this is not required.
A MDoAP is one step above a MDP and one step below a MADP on the Treaty Spectrum.
