Preamble: The Entente Cordiale (TENT)is a binding document between all undersigned countries that ensures peace, strength, and good trades between all signatories. All signatories are to remain sovereign.

Article I:Regulated Trade All undersigned countries are encouraged to participate in organized trade guilds to increase the overall wealth and commerce. It is not required that everyone participate in the TENT trade guilds but outside trades are discouraged but there is nothing against it. All members of signatories are strongly encouraged to register on the TENT forums.

Article II:Creation of Guilds The responsibility of the creation of trade guilds lies in the hands of designated members from each signatory country, known as Trade Officers. No more than two delegates from each member country will be allowed as Trade Officers. The trades will be set up by the certain bonuses you get from each resource. The trade guilds will have resources in them that go together. Some example trade guilds would be ones that: increase population, military, money, etc.

Article III: Peace No signatory may attack or aid an attacker of any other signatory. An aggressive action of one signatory to the other may be set as means for expulsion. Any aggression that does happens should be stopped immediately and full reps be paid.

Article IV: What happens in TENT STAYS in TENT Signatories of TENT may not talk about what happens in TENT with any countries that are not signatories.

Article V: Governing TENT Each signatory will select three members, or less, from their country to be official voters. These voters will be known as the TENT Council. There will also be a director to oversee the progress and help keep everything organized or add positions as needed. The director is considered part of the Council. The director will be Kross of Prussia. The director may step down at any time but otherwise is director for life. The director may vote on issues but does not count towards a signatories voter count. The director will also act as the public speaker and voice of the TENT.

Article VI: Mutual Defense Should any signatory be attacked then the rest of the signatories must help them. Should a signatory refuse to defend a fellow signatory, without a proper reason (a proper reason would be decided by the Council), then they may be expelled by the Council.

Article VII: Aggression Should any signatory wish to attack another country then they must have approval from the Council. If a signatory attacks without approval then they may be immediately expelled from the TENT. If the Council approves for a signatory to go to war then other TENT members may help that signatory but are not required to do so.

Article VIII:Admission and expulsion All countries in good standing within the international community are eligible for membership in the TENT. An unanimous positive vote of the TENT Council are required for membership status. No country may be admitted during a time of war. A member country may be expelled by the majority vote of the TENT Council.

Article IX: Amendments This treaty may be amended by the majority vote of the TENT Council. It may be amended to update or change the trade policy, governing body, etc. This document does not need to be amended just to add a new position or officer created by the director.

Article X: Withdrawing If any signatory wishes to withdraw from this treaty, they must let the other signatories know 72 hours ahead of time. After the 72 hour period is up, they will officially be gone. Any trades any of their members were in may be reset (That goes for expelled countries as well). No country is allowed to leave TENT in a time of war.

Conclusion: Once signed and signatories have been approved, this treaty is entered into law for all signatory countries.
