Preamble:

The Northern Alliance of Arctic Cities (NAAC) and Olympus, in recognition of friendship and a desire for peace sign the following Protectorate Pact. Both countries agree to the following terms, and will adhere to them during the time this treaty is valid.

Article I:

The member cities of both signatories agree to a state of non-aggression. No member of either signatory may engage in hostile actions against the other. Nations who violate this term will be required to send reparations for damages done. Refusal to comply with non-aggression orders will result in harsh action, and violators will face possible expulsion.

Article II:

NAAC agrees to protect Olympus in the event of an attack on their country. NAAC will come to the immediate aid of Olympus. Olympus can also request defensive help from NAAC in the event of rouge attacks, or any other attacks on their sovereignty. Olympus is not required to come to the aid of NAAC, however they may enter a conflict if they feel compelled to do so.

Article III:

NAAC and Olympus promote the betterment of each other’s economies. The signatories promote trade, and other forms of economic affairs. In the event that Olympus is in desperate need of financial aid, NAAC agrees to put forth what resources it can to help Olympus. If NAAC deems that Olympus is not in need of financial aid, they are not required to send aid.

Article IV:

Any member of NAAC government can request access to sensitive information regarding Olympus. Only the NAAC government have the authority to request information, and Olympus can deny requests by non government members to sensitive information.

Article V:

If the need arises for this treaty to be cancelled, both parties must mutually agree to cancel this agreement. If the agreement is not mutual, then 48 hours must be given, wherein all Articles of this treaty are considered valid. After the 48 hours, the treaty will be considered null and void.

Conclusion:

Both signatories agree to adhere to the following terms, and will abide by all the Articles of this pact during the time it is valid.
